Your online account

If you use this website you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must ensure that the password is kept confidential. If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must inform us immediately.

Orders

Shortages & Damages Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.  

Overseas Order

Please note, that all electrical items are supplied with a UK 3 pin plug as standard. We welcome orders from around the world. Delivery charges will vary depending on destination. When ordering goods from Nõbu Salon Supplies for delivery outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 

Warranty

Our warranties run from the initial date of purchase, if we have made the decision to replace a product that is still under warranty then this does not mean that you receive a new warranty when you receive a replacement. In essence the contract that you make at the time of sale, which includes the warranty, is formed at the time when you paid. Issuing a replacement is something that occurs under the original agreement and it does not mean that you receive a new warranty. 

Faulty Items

Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection, once the goods are received back we will determine whether the item(s) can be repaired, if this is not the case then a replacement will be issued.  If we are unable to either repair or replace the item(s) then a full or partial refund may be issued.

Returns

If you are looking to return your order, you have 14 days in which to do so for a full refund (excluding delivery) or 30 days for exchange (unused items only).

Buyer must pay for the return postage.
